I led the fire practice today, it went very well .
I showed the office group the safest way to get out of the building. and asked them questions about what will you do if you discover a fire in the building and what route would you take?
They answered the questions correctly and it was a successful fire practice.

Well being by Robin
We all looked at being healthy and how to look after our
bodies.
Then we made a well-being poster, watched a NHS video on
eating healthily and did a healthy eating chat on what is good and bad for
you to eat and drink.
Later on we looked at healthy drinks like herbal tea. We bought
fruit and juices from the shops and made a recipe for a smoothie
and everybody in the group enjoyed the taste.
Afternoon we did a coca cola quiz and put a coin in some coke to
see if it come out clean for everybody to see next week.
On another week we did a brain gym finger exercise
and found it very hard. Then we went on a walk around the Frome riverside
and the park and took some pictures and selfies of our walk.
Today we are planning a healthy eating dinner for next week.

What the party manifestos say about people with disabilities by Tim
Manifestos tell you what a political party believes in and what they will do if they win the election.
The big parties have published easy read versions of their manifestos.
These are some points they made about disability:
Conservatives - The number of disabled people in work has increased and we need to do more.
Green Party - We will tackle hate crime against people with disabilities.
Labour - We will make sure young disabled people have the same chances as non disabled people to study at school and on courses tat lead to good jobs.
Liberal Democrats - We will work to improve the benefits system for disabled people.
Scottish National Party - We want more support for disabled people and carers.
UK Independence Party - We will get rid of the bedroom tax.
